These whipped toppings mimic our very first product going back to the 1940’s, withstanding the test of time for quality and performance. They replicate the outstanding flavor of traditional heavy cream, with high quality and long lasting stability you would expect from Hanan’s. HPT™ and Whip Supreme are for bakeries interested in a superior taste of a fresh dairy whipped topping.

STORAGE
- Keep frozen
- Do not refreeze once thawed
- May be frozen after whipped and decorated
USAGE & WHIPPING
- Thaw under refrigeration (32°-45°F) for 24-48 hours
- Shake container
- Pour no more than 20% liquid product in a cold bowl
- Whip with a wire whisk on medium speed until soft peaks form
