Q: What is the minimum order quantity?

60 cases (1 pallet). If you are looking for smaller quantities, we can direct you to your local Distributor.

Q: What is the recommended mix time?

We recommend filling the bowl with no more than 20% product, and whipping at medium speed until soft peaks form. The mixing time can vary depending on things such as ambient humidity, temperature and type of product. On average a 5 quart bowl with 20% product should whip in 3-5 minutes. On average a 20 quart bowl with 20% product should whip in 14-20 minutes. Watch carefully to observe the soft peaks for best results!

Q: What is a typical shelf life for one of your products?

Shelf life varies depending on each product. Please consult each Product Specification sheet under ‘Products’. Shelf stable products include Top 'n Fil and Tasty Whipped Icings.

Q: How is Hanan Products packaged?

The bulk of our products are sold in gallons and pails.

We have some products that are available in packages as small as quarts. A case may contain 12 quarts or 4 gallons. 60 cases (1 pallet) makes up an MOQ.

Q: Does Hanan Products make gluten-free products?

Yes! All of our products are gluten-free with the exception of our Cookies ‘n Cream icing which is made with real Oreos.

Q: What is an estimated yield for Whip Deelite Base?

These are estimates that can depend on thickness/height of coatings, type of application, amount of decorations, etc.
