DESCRIPTION
Top ‘n Fil™ icings were developed with traditional buttercream in mind, but with the characteristics of whipped cream. These products are shelf stable, allowing for incredible versatility, while still performing perfectly in some of the worlds hottest climates. Excellent shelf life, thick creamy texture and impeccable flavor.

ALLERGENS

STORAGE
- Keep frozen
- Do not refreeze once thawed
- May be frozen after whipped and decorated
USAGE & WHIPPING
- Thaw under refrigeration (32°-45°F) for 24-48 hours
- Shake container
- Pour no more than 20% liquid product in a cold bowl
- Whip with a wire whisk on medium speed until soft peaks form

Approximately 4 times the amount of liquid volume
SHELF LIFE
- Frozen: 18 months
- Refrigerated Unopened: 60 days
